If you’re looking for a liquid vitamin supplement, this is the one to get. Of all the liquid vitamins I’ve tried, this one is the very best. It’s easy to mix with water or fruit juice and doesn’t have the strong taste that other liquid vitamins have. Whats best is that you can feel the results after the first dose. If you have problems with absorption when taking pills, this is the vitamin for you. This fine product gives me lots of energy.

I’ve been taking this vitamin brand for years, and I’ve never used anything else that I’ve liked as well as I like Liquid Health! I love the fact that it’s a food-based supplement, so it’s safe to take larger doses when you need it (like if you feel a cold coming on), whereas it’s not always safe to take large doses of pill-form supplements, since they usually contain chemical forms of vitamins, which do not absorb as well in the body. I’ve actually used Liquid Health as a prenatal vitamin during two of my pregnancies, just taking a double-dose of the recommended daily amount. I stay much healthier when I take this supplement regularly. My kids also love the Children’s multi, and it has kept them very healthy, too.
