Wow! Thanks for this video. I just started on raw food a few days ago, and then found this gem. Best pasta sauce ever! Thank you! For a minute I was worried that all I was gonna get to eat is salad and fruit!

Awesome stuff. I encourage anyone to try this. Don’t worry about warming it up, the flavor is so rich and delicious you won’t even notice it’s uncooked! :D

@snipsnapparty That could probably work. It might also help to thicken it, as well.

This is just what I’ve been searching for, to help get more veggies and less starch. Well done! Bravo!!

I literally have just made this. This is my very first raw recipe and it is absolutely delicious! I thought there was no way zucchini (or courgette as we call it in England) would taste good raw let alone remotely like pasta. It tastes great. Fresh and light and full of goodness. I feel so virtuous having made this for dinner tonight! Goodbye bloated tummy! Thank you so much!

  16. snipsnapparty says:

Could you dehydrate the sauce for a bit to warm it? If I had leftovers it would probably be too cold to eat right from the fridge I think. Cold pasta.. eh, :D

Thank You! I’m not a vegetarian but I’m trying to add more veggies to my family’s diet and this one is a keeper. I had my OLDEST 12yrs. son try it and he wasn’t sure if he liked it but had it on his plate. He ended not liking the tang of it but, that was my fault, I forgot to add the red pepper and agave but it was delicious still. Next time I’ll make it right. YUM YUM YUM !!!!!
